In Sep' I baught a Travel Bag from AVA Mercandising and along with that I got a Louis Quartz as a gift worth Rs.3990/-(as shown in their handout) from AVA Mercandising Comapny, I have not received and guarantee card or the model number or any product info. I found the product duplicate, Please suggest me what kind of action I can take against the company? I think we should all come together and complain against the company.
