Duplicate product

Dear sir/madam,

I got Louis watch through my citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April. I am also having international guarantee card of 1 year for this wrist watch. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. And now I come to know that the battery is also duplicate one.

Please give me suggestion, what i have do right now.
