Louis Quartz duplicate product and any product by AVA
AVA Useless process of customer care serviecs and duplicate product

Hi all

I would like to inform you that "PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AVA" because they are selling DUPLICATE PRODUCT through banks. They attach a copy of their product.

I ordered for "LOUIS " watch (Free Gift) but I have received it after 2 months and have done lot of complain waste about 300 on phone I got all-time one answer it will be delivered within a week. After 2 month I received was a small box with AVA tapes all over it. There was not even a single document leave alone guarantee or warranty papers and it is second one and broken.

“NO SERIAL NUMBER. I THINK it's NOT EVEN FROM LOUIS

MAY BE it's PIRATED.

I contacted to bank also but they told me they can't help anything regarding this please contact to Merchant

I tried to canceled the order when not get on the time but all executive told me once u have placed a order it will not be canceled.

I am planning go for Consumer Court.

But now I am suggesting you "PLEASE DON'T GO ON PRICE AND BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AVA MERCHANT"
