I win a louis quartz watch by scratch and win in jet lite flight from guwahati to kolkata on june 26 at 4.30 p.m after i paid 490/- rs as tax at airport of kolkata the watch is not running so please what i should i do this is the second time i am compllaining plesae let me inform thanku
