NO DETAIL ON GUARANTEE CARD
Dear sir/madam,
I got Louis watch through "jETLITE" on board "Jetlite Deals" (Scratch n Win Card) for Jetlite flyers. During my recent flight from Bangalore to Kolkata on 15th April'08 and being the winner
of the scratch card for the product as detailed above and made the payment "Under 2nd Option" through my own "HDFC Bank"
creidit card (With whome the AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi have an tieup) and my order was booked through the 'AVA' helpline official on 22th April.vide order No:320000419 and the consignment was delivered to under AWB No:900029660 Dated 25th April of 'First Logistics Courier"and was delivered by their Franchise "Star Courier" on 29th April'08 evening, that too after an vigourous follow up.
Though the 'Product' was found in running condition but the package contained no supporting documents.i.e. Commercial Invoice, VAT Regn no: etc, other than "international guarantee card "of 1 year for this wrist watch in the box.
That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. Kindly confirm what should be my line of action to be taken in this regard.
I am putting this complaint for other people awareness.
