Louis Quartz Watch

Dearsir/madam,

I travelled on jetlite flight and i was given the scratch card and i ordered for the louis quartz watch on 12th june and they said that it will be delivered with in 14 days but i haven't received the product yet (23rd july). I tried to call AVA merchandise so many times but their reply is the same "you will receive the product with in a week". Kindly suggest me what to do.
