As per the advertisement in the paper accompanying bills there was a scheme given for the customers that if any item is ordered a Lpuis wrist watch was to be given free. After me placing an order for pizza pan code -928 I got a confirmation sms stating that the order was processed for both the items under order confirmation number, 040043498 and the material would be delivered to me within 14 working days.
I have only received the pizza pan under Invoice number. ADV/04/44928/08-09 dated July 19. The Louis wrist watch was neither issued to the courier nor delivered to me so far.
If the material was not to be delivered and it was a publicity stunt to promote sale of pizza pan which is not worth its cost this can be treated as a fraud and can be dealt with accordingly. You may kindly wake up and send the promised material within 7 days else I will be constrained to move the matter at an appropriate level / place.
