We bought car 18 july. In the sep month battery got completely dead, we also went to the lovely autos in jalandhar .they assured us that they will change the battery, they did not change it and gave us the same battery and they just charge it. we gave them service charges near about Rs.300 and also spent fuel charges because we located very far from the lovely autos
when they gave us battery . they also got dead after one month. we also complaint it about the lovely autos in jalandhar, but they again did the same thing and again took the service charges .the members of lovely autos did not behave good. when we have to buy car they listen us properly, and call us again and again. but now we bought the car so they do not treat us in good way. The member of lovely autos i.e vikram who assure us that he will help in every way but now he did not listen us, and mobile no of vikram is 981502
whenever we have to go some where, the battery got dead, it happens around 6-7 times, and we also spent around Rs 2100 on the service and fuel charges.
we told them to change it, but they did not listen us. now again it happens in 5 may .we gave the battery to company but now again they did the same thing and gave us the same battery.we want that the battery should be change, otherwise we will put this case on the consumer court. so plz change our battery and give us reply as soon as possible.
