CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

SIR,

Last month, i.e. on 21-11, I had booked a cylinder with M/S Sunder Shyam Enterprises, A-1/B20, Dda Market, Near Mother Dairy, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058, New Delhi (Ph. 25553988 25553990 25614695). My consumer number is 28950. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please do the needful.
