Delay in supply of H P Liqufied Gas

Dear Sir,

I am from Vasai Road, Mumbai and Agency is Annapurna Gas Agency.

I have booked H P Gas 12 days before and I understand from them that it will take more than 15 days to deliver. Last time too it got delayed and got my delivery after increase the price by the Government.

I have seen lot of advertisement that within 24 hours, we will get H P Gas supply. I understand that everybody is facing the same problem.

Could you please let me know why such delay is taking place. Is it because of scarcity of LPG or is it any other problems.

Your early action in this respect will be very much appreciated.
