I had booked the cylinder on the 17th of October under consumber ID 10799 but till date (27th October) the delivery has not happened. I have been following up with the agency on a daily basis but the response is today I would get. Nothing is happening and to get the phone number is also difficult as there is either no response or line busy. This not the way consumers are supposed to be treated. Request help.
