Dear Sirs,
We are the custumers of HP G For the last so many years. Our complaint is that we are not being provoided by the gas cylinders at home from the very begning. In addition the empty cylinders are recieved against a temporary reciept for the delivery not less than one month after. But some times they refuse to deliver even after the expiry of one month. If the by chance the reciept is misplaced by the consumer by the consumer the agency out rightly refuse to oblige.
May we please be let known that how much of the gas is supplied to this town and how much is the house hold consumer allowed to utilise.
