Non delivery of gas cylinde

Dear sir

I, M.L.Kapoor has booked a gas cylinder on 14th may vide consumer no. 2845 to our agent M/s. Bright Gas Agency at B.K.Paul in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Almost every day I try to contact the distrbutor, either they don't bother to pick up the phone or they say they are sending it. Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a definite date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspence. We are been used forced to use stove as we dont have an alternative.

Pls look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not responding properly to the our request.
