Irregular Supply of LPG Refill

I Deepti Balodi, D/o Sh S N Balodi resident of 2 New Cantt road Dehradun having a LPG connection in the name of my father (Sh S N Balodi) with the Amardeep gas agency at Kawali Road Dehradun. The above said company is distributor of Bharat gas.

I have book a refill on 22/11/07 but I have not received my refill till date. This is not a first time, every time we have to struggle for refill.

So plz see into the matter, I am writing this complain on behalf of my father, consumer No is 1162 & my Phone No is 9412174630.
