Delay in booking

Respected sir/madam,

I have complaint from the reputed gas agency in AMRITSAR (PUNJAB) named "premier gas agency" that after delivery of gas cylinder they do not book gas cylinder before last delivery date of cylinder.

We are facing this since 6 months. I have been transferred from SRIGANGANAGAR (Rajasthan) 6 months before.

We are new in amritsar so please consider my complaint and do some thing.
