Sub: NON-RECIEPT OF ARS BOND CERTIFICATES
I have returned the following 6.6% original ARS Bond certificates issued on conversion Standing in the names of my minor children for correcting the parents name together with a letter dated 24th May (copy enclosed). Till date the same are not received by me.
1.Folio No 3001920014151, Investor ID217486718 Bond Certificate No 39414066 in the name of Master A.ROHIT SHARMA (Minor)
2.Folio No 3001920014152, Investor ID 159936287, Bond certificate No 39363241
in the name of minor daughter A.RITU SHARMA.
I once again request you to correct the name of parent as Mr A.J.SHARMA and alternate Guardian A.VANI JAYARAM (Mother of minor children) in place of USHA MOHAN wrongly mentioned.
I am holding the original certificates issued by UTI with proper mentioning of the names of parents name.
I have received the interest till date on the above bonds. There is no change in the Bank accounts of my children with ANDHRA BANK, Srinivasapuram bearing Savings Bank account Nos 2563 (Rohit Sharma) and 2564 (Ritu Sharma)
I request you to kindly send the original 6.6% ARS Bond Certificates returned to you for correction of the name of the parents immediately which are maturing in March as I intend to encash the same for meeting the children education expenses.
