My acocunt number is 6644 with Nayar Gas of Vikaspuri, New Delhi.
I have booked my LPG cylinder on 8th January, 09 on mobile number 9213445416 (Mr. Naveen of Nayar Gas Service Godown Inchage) has booked and confirmed that the cylinder will be suppllied after 3-4 days.
I am very surprised, even after my repeatedly call on same number, evertime Mr. Naveen assured me that cylinder will delivered tomorrow. But till now 20th January, 09 at 3.30 pm I have not get the delivery of the cylinder.
I am regularly trying to contact their main office at Vikas Puri on phone number 28544965 / 28544966 / 28547187, but their all lines are continues engaged.
Will appreciated if INDIAN OIL authority look into and resolve these types of regular problems of the consumers and deliver the LPG cylinder at the earliest, as I have not stock of cylinder and we have to buy the cylinder from the black market.
