Misguiding the Bond holde

My niece Ishangi Rana holding 2 ID in the ARS Bonds.

Investor ID NO 1: 236306038

Investor id no 2: 240203715

We had made the application for the change of Bank mandate and revalidation of the returned cheques from the ICICI Bank for the reason that she is minor and her chequqes could not be deposited in her father account.

Twice our application rejected by your ' UTI Technology Service Ltd' .

The reason given in the covering letter was that the signatures were not attested.

Ishangi and her perents are residing at Sohar, Oman. They did attested their signatures from State Bank of Travencore - Manager, where they have the bank account.

I wanted to know from you what do you mean when you are asking for the attestation?

We have done attestation and still you people are rejecting the applivation just bebore the book closer.

This is the pure form of buracratic harresment to the small investors by well paid fat UTI managers.
