SIR,

I AM A LPG INDANE CUSTOMER WITH RANVIR ENTERPRISES LTD. GAS AGENCY, NEW DELHI AND MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS RE-3695. I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILE ON 21.01.2008 AT RANVIR ENTERPRISES OFFICE, ARAVALLI SHOPPING COMPLEX DDA MARKET ALAKNANDA NEW DELHI -19. EVEN THOUGH IT IS NEARING TEN DAYS, I DID NOT GET MY REFILE FROM INDANE (INDIAN OIL CORPORATION) DEALER RANVIR ENTERPRISES.THE MAN, BOOKING GAS IN THAT OFFICE MISBEHAVED WITH ME WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN’T GET MY REFILL. HE SAID THAT YOU WOULD NOT GET THE REFILL SO EASILY UNLESS I PURCHASE IT IN BLACK OR GIVE SOME MONEY TO HIM. SIR IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. SIR PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND PLEASE ENSURE THAT I GET MY REFILL AS I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS I & MY FAMILY HAVE TO EAT OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF NO GAS FOR THE PAST TEN DAYS.
