1. This is with reference to the visit of Mayor Lucknow Municipal Corporation to Kharika
Telibagh Lucknow last year.
2. We are residing 8 KMs away from Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha and the Lucknow Municipal Corporation. This area came in the Lucknow Nagar Nigam 20 years back. My house is 1.5 KMs from Telibagh (Raibareilly Lucknow Road). No approach road is there. The Corporator is busy without work. She has constructed road upto her house. The condition of this area is such in case of rain even for 15 minutes, you will not not be able to walk even. In case a person is seriously ill not even is single approach road is there to come to even Telibagh. No ambulance or other vehicle can come. The children cannot go for their schooling because no school bus comes here owing to poor road conditions. In the rainy season the water logs in such a way that the resident of Ram Tola are packed in their houses for six months; the cannot even go for the nature's call.
3. On being contact the Corporator suggests us to ask the contractor. What is the use of two or three tier Govt or the local bodies. Let me ask the Mayor whether the road will be constructed before this rainy season or we should request the Chief Minister to come to this area and see the development work here even after 20 years of this area coming in the Lucknow Municipal Corporation.
