I purchased one No. Luminious Battery/Inverter in 2008. I have to remind the company everytime for its regular check up and timely maintenance etc. Please see that Company should send its Service technician and provide service etc. as per regular schedule and requirement. Now it is not working for the last one week. Already lodged complaint. Hope to receive prompt action by Company to give better service to its customer and good market reputation/image for prospective customer.
