i beg to say that i bharat bhushan residence ward no.7, tanda urmar disst.hoshiarpur (punjab).last year, i bought a luminous inverter, battery set on dated 09/08.the dealer explain on that time- your set is in one year gurantee, last 15 days of this month july the battery has been out of order.the dealers macanic said, your battery can not be rapaired.so company will give you new battery, because your battery is in gurantee.but 15 days ago, i have not received a new battery.the main dealer said, your model of battery is not a stock in com pany.so sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.
