WE ARE COMPELED TO TAKE THE ISSUUE TO THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST LUMINOUS, BECAUSE OF THE POOR AND PATHETIC AND NON -RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF THE SERVICE DEPTT OF THE COMPANY. WE HAVE FILLED COMPLAINT ONCE IN 2006 AND THEN IN 2007 BUT TO NO AVAIL. COMPLAINTS NO.'S ARE 62372 AND 54045 AND MANY MORE. SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS MUCH CONCERNED ABOUT AMC RATHER THAN GIVING SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY. THEY WAIT FOR WARRANTY TO LAPSE AND ARE MORE INTERESTED IN TAKING AMC FROM THE CUSTOMERS WHICH IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. EVEN SERVICE STAFF IS NOT AT ALL CO-OPERATIVE.
THE COMPANY IS JUST CONCERNED WITH SELLING THE PRODUCT AND MAKING THE MONEY, AFTER THAT THEY COMPLETELY FORGET ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
PLEASE ADVISE US HOW TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR A CASE OVER THE COMPANY.
