Luminous ups
After sales complaint

I had purchased a luminous viva ups in 2006 it is under warrenty of two years. I register a complaint at luminous delhi on 12/07/08 but no action has been taken thereon a person came today and took my ups and gave a service ups and said it would be repared and given back but the service ups is not working either.
