Fraud Company- No Bill, No Tax deducted, Non-delivery of product as paid

This compaint is against the owner - Vipin Kumar of Luxmi Digital World at following locations:

- Main Bazar, Rani Bagh, Delhi

- 749/GH-14 Paschim Vihar, Delhi

- 290 Rajdhani Enclave Bata Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi

Vipin charged me a huge amount to cover photography & videography of our cocktail party on 18-Dec and wedding ceremony on 4-Jan. But failed to deliver the video coverage of my wedding..the biggest event of our lives. Despite numerous follow ups and complaints to find the video coverage, there was no response or action taken by Luxmi Digital World's owner.

This request is to all consumer's who had or have plans to engage Luxmi Digital World, Delhi to be EXTRA CAUTIOUS of whether there will be any memories of their IMPORTANT EVENTS after they pay HUGE SUMS on promises made by Vipin of TOP MOST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE and CREATIVITY.

Every now and then- I regret the day I made decision to engage this studio because it's hard to believe that I have no video memories of my wedding day.

I still am looking for a medium with which I can recover my video from this studio or penalize them for such callous service. Please help with contacts by writing to me on this comment box.
