Wrong information supplied in prospectus

Espected sir,

the college prospectus has supplied fee concession for the below poverty line students but they r actually not doing the same.the complaint is loged for the false information in prospectus and if it is right then they should provide fee concession.they should not allure students on the ostensible basis of concessions and scholarships.please take some steps.its my humble request not to disclose my name.
