Sub:_ Charging More than MRP Price By 6 Ten Store East Arjun Nagar Delhi-110032 Branch

I have purchased some packet of various brands of biscuits from the above store and they have issued the bill No.4c10000004337 (enclosed) To my utter surprise the last item having MRP of Rs.12/ had been charged Rs.18/- by them. When I have demanded Rs.6 back as per MRP but the counter clerk refused to return the money and very bluntly told if I wants I can file the case against the 6 Ten store and take my refund.
Sir this is very high class cheating by the Multinational Store. On that day they might have charged the same price to many customer and should not be taken lightly and stern action may be taken against the store.

INSPITE OF COMPLAINT THE ABOVE DEPARTMENT HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION 6 TEN STAFF OPENLY STATES THEY HAVE THE POWERS NO CONSUMER CAN TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM
