Illegal use for the toilet

Dear Sir/madam

I am a shopkeeper in Commercial complex. Add.-WZ-97/3 maa ghogri complex, jwala heri mkt. paschim vihar, new delhi-110063. There is a toilet opposite my shop, some shopkeepers in this complex are use this toilet while there is no water facility in that toilet & it gives bad smell in the whole complex, My buisness & i also suffer about that.

After the repeated requests to them, they don't understand about it.

I am quite hopeful that u will take a prompt action & oblige.
