My MAC book was purcahsed on 31-12-08.FRom Feb 09 to Sept 27 th the MAC has made four trips all at my efforts and costs spending all of 3.25 months in this 9 months at the service centre.
Ive asked for replacement of machine or refund after my system made two visits to the service centre both times for 15 days and 1 month duration. But was denied, the logic board was changed and software updated and sent back.
Because of these long loses of system usage to me, I ve suffered Professional set back, and my Mac book has chips and cracks on the cover as a consequence of these services.
But Customer care is totally indifferent and just keeps asking me to take the system to the service centre.
I have all the complaint numbers - 4 times in these 9 months.
What do I do?
