Always Late in delivering Cylinders

I've booked for a gas cylinder on 20th September at Madam.

They haven't given the cylinder till this date.

I'm making 20-30 calls per day to them. They alwasy gives the reply that they'll deliver it in next 1 hour.

This is my experience since a year. Please look into this
