Sub. : refund of VP MO no. 4644/VPL356020W College sangli

VP MO no.4644 (VPL356020) was wrongly booked by our post office on 19-07 & our post office have recovered the amount (Rs.699/- ) from me. We have sent a telegram to stop payment of the same which was confirmed by IGNOU Post office on telephone.

We have sent the VP letter also with remarks " not claimed return to sender on it ". But still they have paid the VP money order to you. So I request you to give me refund of the same.
