Delay of passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport renewal on 08/06 (June) as the passport was expiring on this month.

File Reference Number: MDU-Z601712-09

The Status of this application on the website still shows "Police Report has not been received". Whereas, the Policy Enquiry and submission of the report has already done.

Request you to kindly look into this issue and re-issue of my passport at the earliest.
