Negligence of LIC employee

Dear Sir,

I went to pay my policy money in Amber Hall branch, Pune on Saturday 13th june at 12.pm. where I was told the network is not working and i have to pay my money at the branch where i had drawn the policy. I went to jeevanshree building at alka talkies chowk pune. Due to road conditions in pune and traffic i reached at the office by 1.05pm. it was just 5mins late and the lady at the counter refused to take payment. i was the last person and she didn't tried to understand the problem and closed the counter in front of me. in days of globalization every one is working with dedication but this lady simply insulated me. Even we are working and we do work beyond our work hrs. I am sending this complaint as please look into this matter and at least give training of proper behavior to ur employees. And when there is problem with ur systems then atleast you should give consideration to customers.

I had very bad experience and i am really taken aback with my faith with LIC,
