Lock door sliding

I have complained regarding problem of Sliding Aluminum door Lock not working at PMS 20 days before. And after rigorous follow up on Saturday 05092009 person has attended & replaced Sliding door Lock with Window Lock at the place of Door lock & charges Rs400 for two lock replacements.

But Vendore sent by PMS charge very high & they are taking responsibility.
