I had ordered the Maha? Cmbo@ unbelievable Price Offer... Pearl set with Pearl watch through rediff-online shopping on 16th July. Username- [email protected] and Order number is 111798902.
I received delivery of the material on 4th sept. 2009 at 5.00pm. The envelope in which the contents were packed was torn at one place. I ignored this assuming that this could have been caused by the cycle carrier. When I opened the envelope I found the plastic box was broken on one side. Some items were missing in the contents – two sets out of expected 33 sets and one jewel watch.
This is just to bring my experience to your notice. Further I suggest that the packets being sent be sealed in thick cloth covering that will prevent this kind of pilferage.
