Non-receipt of speedpost lette

Dear Sir,

A speedpost letter was sent ot me under consignment no. mentioned in the subject of complaint, was not received by me till 4th Feb 5.00 pm. This was a local speedpost which should have been delivered to me in 24 hours. The letter was booked in UPSC Post Office (PIN 110069) on 2nd Feb at 12.55 p.m. I should be informed about the position on my email address.
