on 16.08.2008 I had paid to big bazar koramangala for Rs.999 to buy maharaja mixi, but stock was not there so they told me please come after 5 days. After 8 days I contacted personaly and ask about status, but again the store incharge promised to me we will deliver to you on 26.08.2008.But still they not deliver, even they didn't contact me by phone also. So I visted to koramangala store on 30.08.2008 and demanded my money with extra pennalty, At last I won the battel.they refund my money with Rs.100.00.So please as a consumer everybody has right to demand, I have experience with Vodafone and HDFC Bank also, there also I have won.
