I have paid online Fees though My State Bank Of India Debit Card to MPSC. Rs.277 & Rs.152 Deducted From Account. But When I checked the form status it show no fees received

I know that it may be due to network failure or any other cause, But MPSC doesn't provide any facility to recover the amount. 4days past but i haven't received my deducted money..
