Fault in food processo

I have purchased a maharaja food processor in aug and it is vibrating lots and not working fine so given back to dealer on 25.12.2008 they said that it will back after 2 to 3 days and still not received after 9 days it shows that major fault in the food processor and they are denied to replace the same.
