My name is Yogesh Pandya mobile no 919327072626 and I have traveled from Ahmedabad to Rajkot by Mahasagar Travels, on 15th may Bus no GJ11H-511, All passengers including me took ticket of Rs.200/ which included Air Conditioning service in bus.
In that summer and afternoon (traveling time from 2pm to 6 pm) we not only suffered from the heat but also the careless attitude and behavior of the staff of mahasagar travels. I called at Ahmedabad's and Junagadh's mahasagar office many times to informed them about the issue, They were not ready to accept first that the AC is not working, Mr Hardik (junagadh) told that it will be ON after some time but till all passenger reached Rajkot we all suffered. I have called several time regarding it.
Finally they droped me at Gondal road even the bus was going to the last stop which was near to my destination. They asked me to take the mini bus which mahasagar runs to carry passenger from highway to the main office,
Hope, Customer complaint department will find them regarding my writing complaint.
