I regret to inform you that I bought four ceiling fans from M/s Mahavira Trading Co., 1853 Bhagirath Place, Delhi on 27/6 and found that the fans were making noise. complaints no.2876 and 2946 were lodged with the traders, who deputed their mechanics thrice. At last i was asked to take all the four fans to the trader's shop. this too was done, but on 24/8 the trader again deputed their mechanic to fit all the four fans with new blades, but the noise still continues.
The noise is because of the blades on which maroon plastic is a part of decoration.
I again contacted the M/s Mahavira Trading Co. on 25/8 and informed that there is no change in the noise of the fans. To which Mr. Jatin Jain of the Company refused to believe. Even his mechanic Mr. Shiv Kumar Mishr, (who also noticed the noise on 24/8 and told me that he would inform the Company about the noise on 25/8) also denied the fact on phone on 25/8.
In case the Company, after long efforts, is not able to resolve the issue, being manufacturing defect in the blades' design, it should make refund the cost of my fans and get removed the fans, which are making noise.
