This is vishal kamdar from Baroda, Gujarat. I m a business man and have a manufacturing unit. i have taken personal loan in my father's name Dipak Kamdar worth Rs. 2, 50, 000.00 before 1 year. i have given cheques of my SBI and in SBI i have current account and in that i have atleast balance of 4 to 5 lakhs. so u can understand that i dont have to make balance every month. now the matter is that from 1 year regular installements are getting deducted from my account. Now in mid Oct. 2008 i receives a call from HDFC officals that your cheques had returned due to insufficient balance i told them that its next to impossible that it happens. but then also u want for 1 hr. i will get it checked from my sources. so that minute i sended my person in SBI main branch that whats the matter why you have returned my cheque as i have balance of 3.5 lakh in my account then they said that we havent returned any cheque of your account. then i gave call to that HDFC person who called me and i told them that tell me for what reason did SBI gave you when they returned the chq. they told that we dont know that and you have to give cash of returned amt. then i requested them that ok i m ready to pay you the amt. but before that i want to see the returned chq. with the bank clip for that also they refused. and a long argument when on and on but they were not ready to show me the chq. nor want to sort the problem. then finally i told them that you do one thing that you reissue that chq. again in bank and it will get passed for that they got agreed and conversation was closed. after 10 to 12 days they called me again and say's all that rubish that your payment is still pending why you are not paying your installments and what not. i told then see before few days also some officals have called from your side and i have said then you reissue the chq again and he got agreed for that. so why again and again you peoples are calling me. then he told that it is not possible to reissue that check again for us so pay us the amt. i told them k i will pay you the pending amt. you just show me that returned chq. but they refused for that. then i told them that my person had gone to bank and founded that no chq. were returned from my account so how can i trust you that you are speaking truth then he say we are never wrong and your bank is wrong our bank is not wrong and go to HDFC branch go to SBI and get it checked. dam it that's not my responsiblity to do all that i have chq. my account now its problem from your side only. now on 25-10 again i sended my person to SBI bank so get it checked that what the matter then SBI manager told us that no chq. from HDFC have been came here for clearance so there is no issue to returned that chq. now i again called them that told them all this matter then also they are not able to understand the matter and they stick to that you go to bank and you go to bank.
There is record that whatever loan i have taken not a single chq. of mine have been returned.
Now let me know that what can be dont for this matter as they are not cooperating with me and giving calls every now and than.
