i m the owner of mahendra saree centre located in hanamkonda, warangal district (andhra pradesh).my reciept number is bb27659588.our client mahabir prasad suresh kumar from kolkata has sent us courier packed with 4 expensive pattu sarees which range nearly10, 000 each and mentioned only 1000 to your courier people.he sent the packing as on 15th or 16th from kolkata to warangal and i recieved it as on 18th the packing in a strange loose condition, i have opened the parcel in front of the courier employee but he responded he is not responsible for anything.
kindly help me regarding this, i ll be v.thankfull to you.i have lost the parcel from your courier even before but i never complained cos the saree was of less rate.please respond as`early as you can cos i trust a lot in professional courier.
