Mahindra475 tractor

Dear sir,

I am bought a MAHINDRA 475 TRACTOR from TIRUPATI STEELS (Cahanchal dist- Malda, west bengl). I am allready pay Rs 113000 to tirupati steels in 04.01.2007.at this time after 3 months they are return my tractor with out my permission.(at that time i am not preasent my home) they are no any call me. I am manny time meet Tirupati steels but they are not care me.at this time i go my nearest court but no solution this court. So it is my humble request please solve my problem and give my tracttor.
