I BOUGHT MAHINDRA XYLO E8 MODEL REGISTRATION NO.-UP 14 AW 7304 ON 25TH JUNE .WITHIN 2 MONTH ie.30/8/09 ITS POWER STEARING FAILED AND BROKE DOWN DURING MY DRIVE.I THENGOT IT TO ITS AUTHORISED SERVICE DEALER-SHIVA AUTO CARINDIA (P) LTD. JOB SHEET NO.-2820 DT.-05/09.FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS THEY DULY CALLED US AND SAY THAT THE PARTS (STEARING SYSTEM) IS UNAVAILABLE WITH THE COMPANY AND TAKES TWO MORE DAYS.AFTHER THAT N CALLS HAVE COME AND I REGULARLY CALING THEM BUT NO OTHER EXCUSE WERE GIVEN.THE DAYBEFORE YESTERDAY ie.16/09 I LODGE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN M&M HELPLINE NO.-1800226006., COMPLAINT NO.-II06.THE HELPLINE Ex. SAID THAT HIGHER OFFICIAL OF M&M WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET...

I CALLED THE HELPLINE NO. YESTERDAY ALSO AND SAME HAS HAPPENED...
