Efund not given even after confirming

Make my trip booking ID FLT00003423446 - 27th Feb Delhi Bangalore, Indian Airlines flight

I did not get the so called paper ticket on time from them and was told to carry the print of the e-mail

At the airport my name was in the list of passengers but Indian Airlines asked for some coupens which was not aware nor was the customer care people of make my trip had any idea of this

Now since the flight was about to takeoff the customer care representative asked me to buy that ticket from the Indian Airlines again and promised to give a refund of the same, as I had already paid Rs4783 to make my trip before. So i paid Rs 6133 again

Now when i am asking for refund they are not responding
