I refer to your above Bill for Rs.9, 278.95. On receipt of the same and after verification, I find that you have wrongly included an amount of Rs. 7, 167.00 towards ‘Downloads’.

Please note that I have not done any downloading from the above phone during the above period and hence you are requested to delete the amount of Rs.7, 167/- from my bill and issue me a revised bill for the correct amount.

On receipt of the revised bill or intimation from you, I shall make the necessary payment.
