I have taken a multiflatform reseller pack dedicated IP in manashositng.(www.manashosting.com).. for that I have paid 10000 1000 INR. already 6days over.. still now no one site was hosted in my control panel. they are not giving as per appear on their website. all are trashes. for every operation we have to raise a query. ok its good... but they dont give reply. they bypass our query. means if we raise a query in billing dept.they will tell to us..like this is not billing dept query sir.., pls raise a ticket in technical dept..after that if we raise a ticket in technical dept..they bypass to billing as use well. like this they are plaing game with customers. manashosting support is very good on sales only. they are very much interested to take money from customers..but no support from technical..worrust service they are giving. no options are avilable after taking order. first they will tell so many options are available and all are unlimited spaces, bandwidth, emails. but after taking order all options be limited. really I am hesitated on their service. Pls solve my problem imeediately.
