Consignment sent vide Way Bill No.50081508481 sent in my wife's name Mrs. Syamala Thejomurtula was delivered as per details given below:

Your delivery boy kept the packet upside down to conceal the whole on the top portion of the packet and asked to sign on the delivery challen. After she signed it, he didn't wait even a single minute and left.

When my wife lifted the packet one fruit fell from the bottom; thus, she realised that the packet was opened (a hole is visible). When she tried to call him, he could not be seen. Even the total quantity of fruits sent are not there.

I have contacted your Churchgate Branch who promised to look into the matter.

But, if such a thing can happen with BLUE DART a renowned and reputed Courier Service Organisation,

then on whom one can rely.

The fruits were sent with lot of love & affection and were sent through Blue Dart with lot of confidence.

I am confident the matter will be looked into positively.
