I had ordered Aplhonso mangoes online at Indiaplaza.com vide my order no. IN2205110250 dt. 22.05.2011.
On further Query it was communicated that the same has been dispatched on 24.05.11.
When order was not received till 30.05.11 I requested for cancellation of order but no reply was received.
On 31.05.11 evening the order was delevered 9 1 box of Alphonso mangoes).
On opening more than 75% mangoes were found rotten.
I asked for refund vide my communication no. CNT130117200146452 Dt. 31.05.11 itself & even talked to their representative on phone twice but no proper responce/ refund is forthcoming from the company.
